A $100 application/service fee and $50 security deposit is required when you submit your application.
To be eligible for occupancy at The Regency, you must be enrolled at a college. You must be enrolled for either resident instruction or continuing education as an undergraduate with a minimum credit load of six (6) credits per semester for at least two (2) semesters of a traditional academic year, or as a graduate student, for a minimum credit load of five (5) credits per semester for at least two (2) semesters of a traditional academic year. Applications are accepted year round and will be considered on a first come, first served basis. This eligibility requirement may be waived by the General Manager at any time.
