A  non refundable $175 application/service fee is required when you submit your application.

To be eligible for occupancy at The Regency, you must be enrolled in college. You must be enrolled for either resident instruction or continuing education as an undergraduate with a minimum credit load of six (6) credits per semester for at least two (2) semesters of a traditional academic year, or as a graduate student, for a minimum credit load of five (5) credits per semester for at least two (2) semesters of a traditional academic year. Applications are accepted year round and will be considered on a first come, first served basis. This eligibility requirement may be waived by the General Manager at any time.
