All utilities, basic cable TV, local telephone service, Internet access and parking are included in the rent. Basic furnishing, including beds, 4-drawer chests, desks and chairs are provided in each bedroom. As a resident you’ll also have access to all of the great amenities. The Regency offers a fitness center, convenience store, computer rooms and wireless internet access areas.
